Photo & Content Policy
This policy explains what content you can submit, how it is used, and your rights over uploaded photographs.
1. Required Rights and Permissions
You must own or have valid licenses for all photographs you submit. By uploading, you confirm that you have the legal right to share the images and that they do not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
2. Allowed Content
Accepted content includes photographs of knives, blades, handles, and related cutlery products. Files must be in JPG, JPEG, PNG, or WebP format, up to 10 MB each.
3. Why We Need Your Photos
Source photographs are the raw material for our editing service. Multiple angles allow us to select and combine the best lighting, detail, and composition for the final result.
4. How Your Photos Are Used
Your uploaded photos are used exclusively to produce the edited images specified in your order. They are not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (storage infrastructure).
5. Storage and Security
Photos are stored in a private, access-controlled cloud storage bucket. Only you and authorized Felipe Design systems can access your files. Transfers use encrypted connections.
6. Retention and Deletion
Source photos are retained for the duration of order fulfillment and a reasonable support period afterward. You may request deletion of your source photos after receiving final deliverables by contacting [email protected].
7. Final Deliverables
Edited images are delivered digitally through your account dashboard. You receive a license to use the final images for commercial and personal purposes as described in our Terms of Service.
8. Portfolio and Marketing Use
IMPORTANT: Your photos and edited results will NOT appear in our portfolio, gallery, social media, or any marketing materials without your explicit, separate written consent. Uploading photos does not grant us any marketing or promotional rights.
9. Prohibited Content
Do not submit content that is illegal, violent, sexually explicit, defamatory, or that contains personal information of third parties without their consent. We reserve the right to refuse service for prohibited content.
